zTACKLE uses a secure server to give you the
confidence your transactions are safe. The information we must
have to service your order is encrypted so
no one else can have access to it. If you still feel unsure, you
may place your order by phone, from 8 am to 7 pm, Monday thru Saturday
and 9 am to 4 pm, Sunday. Call our customer service agent at (800)

zTACKLE recognizes that visitors to our site
have concerns about the privacy of the information they provide
us, and what zTACKLE does
with that information. We have a privacy policy in place to answer
those questions. Please
read this policy.
HOW TO SHOP AND SEARCH
zTACKLE has made our site very user friendly. The site is easy to
navigate and placing your order is just a few clicks away.
a.) As you
enter the site, click on the ENTER STORE image.
b.) Next you
will see the stores index (or aisles). Click on the tackle item
you would like to review.
c.)
This page will contain all the info and forms to place your order
for that item.( No running around looking for a picture or costs).
Once you have decided which product you would like to purchase,
Go to the order form, fill in the quantity you need that corresponds
with the item description. Be sure the size or unit is what you
desire. Go to bottom of page and click
'ADD TO CART'. This adds those items to your shopping cart
(You can edit your cart at any time.)
d.) To keep
looking at the tackle throughout the site, click on "CONTINUE
TO SHOP".
e.) When you
are finished shopping and want to "Check Out". Click on
the "CHECK OUT" button.
f.)
You will now be directed to the "CHECK OUT" form. You
can proceed to give us the information needed to fill your order
and ship promptly. Follow the instructions on this page. You will
receive a confirmation E-Mail of your order.
g.)
You can also print this order, for a record of what you have ordered,
or if you prefer, to send it to us in the mail.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
zTACKLE reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any
reason! Confirming your order by E-mail, by phone or by any other
method does not confirm our offer to sell. We may require other
information or elect not to fill the order at all.
ORDERING
OPTIONS
zTACKLE uses a secure connection when accepting your order online.
Online ordering is the fastest and the way we prefer. You may call
in your order at (800) 365-3424 and we do accept mail orders. Just
print out the final order page instead of sending it online. Make
sure all your information is correct and your credit card number
and expiration date, along with your phone number, address and name, is on the order . IF YOU MAIL IN YOUR ORDER, PLEASE ALLOW
2 3 WEEKS PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME.
PRICING POLICY
zTACKLE makes every effort to ensure the correct prices are listed
on this site. However, we occasionally might post an incorrect price.
Before any order is shipped we verify that the price is correct.
If we have mistakenly priced a product too high, we will charge
you the lower price. If we have mistakenly priced an item too low
we will contact you and inform you of the correct price. At
that time you may approve or cancel the product ordered.
PAYMENT
OPTIONS
zTACKLE accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover as forms of payment
for all online, phone and mail-in orders. ZTackle uses a secure
server Thawte to insure your information is encrypted. This provides
a safe shopping environment, so no one else may gain any access
to this information.
SALES TAX
zTACKLE will charge sales tax on all
orders delivered to addresses in the state of Missouri. All sales
taxes and other taxes on orders shipped to any other state or country
are the responsibility of the customer.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
zTACKLE offers as a service to its
customers the opportunity to purchase gift certificates. To purchase
a Gift Certificate you must call us toll free at (800) 365-3424.
We will issue the certificate to your desired fisherman, by both
email and by mail. We will also sen you a receipt. To use the Gift
Certificate, just place your order as usual and in the form "referred
by" place the words Gift Certificate and the certificate number.
The difference between the amount of the certificate and the greater
total will be charged to your credit card. You may redeem any gift
certificate at the website, ztackle.com, or at our store location,
Fin & Feather Sport Shop, 2861 S. Campbell, Springfield, MO.
Gift certificates (or any part thereof) are not redeemable for cash,
or refund. Any unused balance will be placed in your gift certificate
account. Gift certificates expire one (1) year from the date of
issue. We will not replace any stolen or lost certificates.
SHIPPING
POLICIES & RATES
zTACKLE makes every effort in delivering you packages as soon as
possible. We will ship your packages by USPS Priority Mail or standard
UPS ground. Standard delivery will be 3 to 5 business days from
the time the order was shipped. (Within the continental U.S.A.)
We will make every effort to ship your order within 2 business days.
The shipping charge will be added to all orders. (see chart
below) Some tackle items are considered oversize, ie, Fishing Rods.
An additional charge of $5.00 will be added to the regular shipping
charge.
*Some Restrictions Apply: All
orders placed after 1:30 PM Central Standard time will be
processed the following business day zTACKLE will ship Monday thru
Friday. Alaska or Hawaii- please allow 2 additional days for shipping
and $10.00 additional for Express Delivery Shipping to more than
1 address will require additional shipping charges. Heavy or large
items will require additional shipping charges Add $2 for shipping
to APO or FPO addresses. International orders shipping charges will be quoted on a per order basis. We need your e-mail
address to respond. Due to the fluctuation of shipping charges,
these prices are subject to change without notice. Add $1.50 for
each rod to cover Rod Tube charge ** Hazardous merchandise cannot be shipped
by air. A hazardous charge may be applied.
RETURN POLICY
Please notify us immediately upon receipt of your order if we made
a mistake in processing your merchandise. Orders will be kept on
file for 15 days for reference only. All items come with a 15 day
refund or exchange guarantee. Before returning any item, please contact us
for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION. All return shipping charges are the
responsibility of the customer. All returned items must be in “AS-NEW”
condition, in original packaging. If you are returning a non defective
product that has been opened, you may be charged a 15% re-stocking
fee. Refunds will not be issued for Special Order
items unless we made an error in processing the order. A $20 re-boxing
fee will be charged for products not returned in the original manufacturers
packaging.
BACKORDERS
zTACKLE strives to keep all the fishing tackle listed on this site
in stock. However, sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control
we may be unable to get the product from the manufacturers as needed.
If a product is unavailable at the time of shipping we will show
it on your invoice as “Out of Stock”. WE DO NOT BACKORDER. If you
want that item you will need to reorder at a later date.
WARRANTIES
zTACKLE does not warrant or guarantee
any of the products sold online or at our retail store. The manufacturers
whose products we sell offer these warranties. After 15 days from
ship date, any damaged or defective product that is still under
warranty must be returned to the manufacturer. For further information
